Story
At the Berks & Bucks Events Collective CIC, we are committed to enhancing the community by delivering engaging and affordable entertainment. As a non-profit entity, our goal is to preserve and grow the beloved traditions of local events while nurturing community connections. Through a variety of activities, we create enjoyable experiences for residents and visitors alike, celebrating the rich culture and spirit of our area.
FORMATION
The Berks & Bucks Events Collective CIC, came together in late 2024 as a passionate group of local business owners dedicated to enriching our community through events. With decades of experience organizing and hosting a variety of activities, we recognized the need for a unified approach to event management in Maidenhead.
Our collective efforts have brought life to venues such as Off The Tap, Braywick Leisure Centre (formerly The Magnet Leisure Centre), Potion & Motion, and Bar Sport. We’ve also organized events on the High Street and at Maidenhead United Football Club, showcasing a diverse range of attractions—from fireworks displays and battle of the bands competitions to open-mic nights, quiz events, and roller discos.

As a non-profit Community Interest Company (No. 16137647), we are committed to ensuring that we can continue our vital work in the community. Our mission is to provide the residents of Berkshire & Buckinghamshire with quality and affordable entertainment while consistently enhancing the area’s event offerings year after year.
By maintaining the cherished tradition of local events, we aim to foster community spirit and create memorable experiences for all. We take pride in being a part of the rich legacy of events in in the local area, striving to uphold and expand upon the vibrant schedule that has been established before us. Through collaboration and innovation, we seek to strengthen community ties and promote local culture, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the benefits of a lively and inclusive event scene.
